Forth Rail Bridge Abseil 11th October

A huge thanks to our brave supporters who risked life and limb abseiling the 165ft drop from the Forth Rail Bridge to the beach at South Queensferry this Sunday.

Lots of people turned up to watch, and support, more than 500 abseilers who were taking part to raise money for various charities. We were all treated to a lovely sunny day in South Queensferry which is just as well for the pair who got married half way down the abseil!

Our intrepid team raising funds for Waverley Care were Malcolm, Mark, Chris, Thomas, Stewart and Lee - thanks to their heads for heights a fantastic total of approximately £3000 will go to support children and adults living with HIV and Hepatitis C in Scotland.
