Waverley Care at 18th International AIDS Conference Vienna

A proposal by Waverley Care to submit an 'abstract' about our work in Malawi at the XVIII International AIDS Conference in Vienna has been accepted. 

The abstract will take the form of an electronic poster and will be published on the conference website and abstract CD-ROM. 

Our work in Malawi is called 'Yankhulani!' (Meaning 'Speak Out!') and is about increasing access to information about prevention and treatments for STIs and HIV for young people in Malawi. The work is a targeted programme in 5 rural districts working at community levels.

The XVIII International AIDS Conference (AIDS 2010) is being held in Vienna, Austria on 18-23 July 2010.  This is the largest international AIDS conference and takes place bi-annually usually attracting 20,000+ delegates from around the world.
