HIV Services Draft Clinical Standards

NHS Quality Improvement Scotland is currently developing national clinical standards for HIV services.

The draft standards are currently available for consultation and feedback is being sought from:

• People affected by HIV
• Family members
• Carers
• NHS staff
• Representatives from voluntary organisations, and
• Other interested parties.

If you would like to comment on the draft standards you can do so in the following ways:

• Online – the draft standards and a questionnaire for your comments are all available online at  www.nhshealthquality.org/nhsqis/8457.html
• Open Meeting – the public and health professionals are invited to an open meeting in Glasgow on Wednesday 3 November 2010. Please contact the Standards Development Team to register for the event as places are limited.
• Direct - to the Standards Development Team  

Please send your comments to the NHS standards unit  by Friday 17th December.
