Survey for Africans living in Glasgow

Waverley Care’s African Health Project works in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde to improve the health of Africans living in the area.

If you are an African man or woman living in Glasgow, we're looking for your help to make sure that services are developed and delivered in the most appropriate and beneficial way. 

We're looking for people to complete a short questionnaire.  All questionnaires are completely confidential - the findings will be used collectively and no individuals will be identified.

Please note that the questionnaire is only to by completed by Africans living in Glasgow.
