Worrying New HIV Awareness Findings

18 Feb 11

NAT (National AIDS Trust) today launches its fourth survey ’HIV: Public Knowledge and Attitudes 2010’, conducted by Ipsos MORI amongst adults aged 16+ in Great Britain.

The report reveals a worrying decline in knowledge and understanding of HIV over the past ten years. The report also contains findings specific to Scotland which accurately correspond to our experiences here at Waverley Care.

Today we issued a press release relating to the attitudes of people in Scotland towards the disclosure of HIV in the workplace.
