Waverley Care’s fundraising event for World AIDS Day is one of our award winning ‘Come and Sing’ events.

Join a massed chorus for Fauré’s ever-popular “Requiem”, a fitting piece of music for a day when we both acknowledge the progress in treatment of HIV in the UK which has had such a positive impact on people’s lives, but also take time to remember the millions of people around the world who have died from or are living with AIDS.

The concert includes a performance by the National Youth Choir of Scotland’s Edinburgh Choir of Ken Johnston’s “Jubilate Deo”.

An optional note-learning rehearsal will take place at Murrayfield Parish Church Hall, Ormidale Terrace, Edinburgh on Saturday 29th November from 10 am – 1 pm.

Scores (Novello edition) will be available to hire at the note-learning rehearsal and on-the-day.
