Glasgow HIV Outbreak Appeal
Every day, our HIV Street Team works with people caught up in the ongoing Glasgow HIV outbreak. We believe they deserve more support, and you can help make it happen.
Glasgow is currently experiencing the biggest HIV outbreak anywhere in the UK since the 1980s.
The people caught up in the outbreak have faced some of the worst circumstances imaginable. Many have experienced abuse, problematic substance use, violence, trauma, homelessness, mental health issues and so much more.
Our HIV Street Team has been working on the streets of Glasgow since 2018, offering HIV testing and one-to-one support. But we want to do so much more.
Help us raise £20,000 to launch a new Peer Support Project for people affected by the outbreak.
We will employ Peer Support Workers with lived experience of addiction, who can support people affected by the outbreak, helping them to live well with HIV.
You can help make it happen, please donate if you can.
