The January / February 2015 newsletter for the Edinburgh Walking Group is now available

If getting fit and healthy is your new year’s resolution then the Walking Group could be perfect for you.  The group provides an opportunity to discover new places, improve your well-being and fitness, experience the therapeutic benefits of being in the great outdoors, enjoy a chat with fellow walkers – and eat plenty of healthy dark chocolate along the way!

The group meets every two weeks on a Thursday afternoon and goes for both gentle strolls and more ambitious rambles in and around Edinburgh.

Walkers of all abilities welcome.
