Cerin Richardson

Cerin oozes enthusiasm in everything she does for Waverley Care.

Her involvement in the charity began in the 1990s working on design for the fully staged ‘Come and Sing’ fundraising events that took place. She more recently increased her knowledge and understanding of our work first-hand by volunteering as a befriender in our HIV support services which only spurred her on to do more to raise funds and awareness for our work.

In 2014 she took part in the team challenge to walk the West Highland Way for Waverley Care’s 25th birthday and also became part of the organising committee for the celebratory fundraising dinner in the same year. She also finds time to volunteer to raise awareness of HIV and Hepatitis C and our work by giving talks in schools and colleges alongside planning her next fundraising challenge.

She is a fabulous ambassador for the charity and nothing is ever too much trouble for Cerin.
