Change of scene for Head Office team

Earlier this month, our Head Office team officially moved from our old HQ at Mansfield Place, up to Milestone.


The move is affecting admin staff, who support our work behind the scenes, with everything from fundraising and communications to finance and staffing.

We’d like to reassure service users and supporters that this will not have any effect on the support we’re continuing to provide as services emerge from lockdown restrictions

We will continue to have access to part of Mansfield Place for appointments with service users, and are also looking at options to help bring services closer to communities across Edinburgh and the Lothians. 

We’re busy reaching out to other charities and community spaces to find options that will work for our service users and, in the meantime, people will still be able to reach us on the phone, by email and on Live Chat.

Over the past 18 months, most of our admin staff have been working from home due to Covid-19 and, as restrictions ease, many have told us that they would value more opportunities for flexible and home working moving forward. The move offers us the opportunity to provide this, while saving on unnecessary office costs.
